APPOINTMENT POLICY

  1. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance.

  2. One grace reschedule is permitted; any additional rescheduling will incur a $25 fee.

  3. Appointments cancelled 48 hours or less before the scheduled time will receive a recorded reading that I will do for you at your scheduled time and then send to you the link to retrieve from my Zoom cloud.

  4. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your payment will be honored for the service and we will find a time that works for both of us.

Service Disclaimer

In your session, I will:

  1. Create a safe space where we can both be fully present and focused on your session.

  2. Treat you with respect regardless of race, religion, gender, age or sexual preference.

  3. Maintain strict confidentiality of the information shared during your session.

  4. Provide guidance and insight, but the next steps are up to you as you are responsible for your own actions.

  5. Refer you to seek professional resources for medical, financial or legal issues if this is needed.

By booking a session with me you agree and confirm that:

  1. Your engagement in the session is entirely voluntary.

  2. You are at least 18 years of age or have parental permission for this reading.

  3. You understand that you are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decision, choices, actions and results.

  4. You acknowledge that I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or responsible for your medical care.

  5. You understand that the session is not a therapy, nor is it a substitute for therapy.  I will not be diagnosing or curing or treating any disorder or disease or prescribing any treatments.

  6. You understand that I will at all times exercise my best efforts, skills and care, however, I cannot guarantee the outcome of the session or predictions or recommendations made after the session.  This is intended for entertainment purposes only.

  7. If you are disrespectful or behave in a threatening manner, your session will be terminated without refund.

  8. You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and you accept the risks of disclosing any personal information in email, text, phone, zoom and other technology for the purposes of the session.
